Full Description
The tour kicks off around 9 AM with a pick-up from your Delhi hotel. First off, you'll be accompanied to one of the prime tourist attractions of the city, Lotus Temple. It's a Bahai temple widely known for its spectacular white marble, lotus-like design, beautiful surrounding ponds, and serene atmosphere. Next, you'll visit ISKCON Temple, a Hindu temple devoted to Lord Krishna.
Once you are finished beholding this sacred spot, your next stop Akshardham Temple awaits. Spread across a hundred acres, Akshardham Temple has a Guinness World Record for being the biggest comprehensive Hindu temple. Upon arrival, you'll be told about the temple complex and the founder, Swaminarayan who was a prominent yogi and spiritual leader of his time.
Following this, our guide will take you to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the largest Sikh temple in Delhi. Learn about the Sikh religion, the lives of its followers, their hospitality, Langar service (24/7 community kitchen), and cheap diagnosis facilities provided at the Bangla Sahib. At last, visit the Birla Temple also known as Laxminarayan Temple. This decades-old Hindu temple is dedicated to God Vishnu. The 3-hectare-long temple complex also houses a shrine for Buddha, Ganesha, Laxmi, and many more. Sightsee to the fullest before heading back to your hotel.
